Return Policy Monarc OriginalAt Monarc Original, we comply with the Dutch legal regulations for distance selling (right of withdrawal). Below is an overview of your rights and our conditions.
Right of Withdrawal (Legal Cooling-Off Period)You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason. Products must be returned undamaged and – where reasonably possible – in their original condition and packaging (including labels and accessories). You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but excessive use may result in a reduction in value.

The direct costs of returning the products are at your expense (unless stated otherwise with your order).
RefundIn the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase amount (excluding any shipping costs paid for delivery) within 14 days of receiving your returned items, using the original payment method. We may delay the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that they have been returned.
Additional Conditions for Sale and Outlet ProductsSale and outlet products are subject to the same legal right of withdrawal as regular products (14 days). You will not receive a refund for products from the sale or outlet. As an extra service, for these products we offer the option of a voucher (store credit) equal to the purchase amount instead of a direct refund. This voucher is valid for 90 days and can be used on monarcoriginal.com.
Exceptions to the Right of WithdrawalThe right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery (for example, opened perfume bottles). Other legal exceptions may apply (see Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code for the full list).
